Flexible Rate
Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. You will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
No-Show
If you do not arrive without prior notice, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Early Departure
If you choose to leave earlier than planned, the remaining nights are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
In the case of extraordinary events (such as flight cancellations, illness, or other circumstances beyond your control), please contact us directly. We will do our best to find a fair solution.
